Business Partner - Fixed Assets

The role

Are you a finance professional who thrives on structure, strategy, and seeing capital projects come to life? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Partner - Fixed Assets to join our high performing team. This is a pivotal role that blends technical accounting, strategic reporting, and partnering with the business stakeholders on capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Capex accounting, including project setup, cost tracking, and asset lifecycle activities
• Support capital budgeting, monthly reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Administer structured asset financing and leasing for mobile equipment
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and enhance reporting tools
• Ensure governance, compliance, and timely delivery of any stakeholder reporting

What you will need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Experience with ERP systems and fixed asset modules
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and financial integrity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative approach and readiness to step into leadership when needed
