The Role

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce across the business. This role ensures data integrity, user adoption, and system optimisation to support business processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires strong technical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

This is a ten month maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day support and training for Salesforce users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation).
  • Manage the Salesforce release cycle, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management policies.
  • Work with external vendors/consultants where necessary for advanced developments.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator certification highly regarded).
  • Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
