Credit Controller

We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-focused professional to join our supportive team as a Credit Controller. Based at our office in Thebarton, SA, this full-time permanent opportunity will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, debt recovery activities, and reconciliation of COD accounts.

Responsibilities

• Protect and maximise revenue inflow through effective credit management and cash collection practices
• Work closely with teams across the business to minimise customer default risk and maximise debt recovery outcomes
• Support Credit Management by ensuring visibility of credit issues and escalating process or trading terms non-compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency
• Maintain accurate customer data, including credit limit reviews and credit application compliance

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Previous credit control experience within a high-volume collections environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
• Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience identifying and implementing improvements to accounts receivable processes and services
