Acumentis is seeking an experienced Commercial Valuer who is looking for career growth into a Leadership position as a Regional Director, or you may already be at Director level reading to hit the ground winning with our incredible Northern Rivers team. About the Role

You will be part of the Regional leadership team working alongside your fellow Regional Directors to meet the business objectives and goals for Acumentis’ Regional operations. This includes ensuring the desired outcomes are reached for the clients of Acumentis, adherence to best practice and setting standards, and maintaining strong relationships with valuation clients and other stakeholders, along with:

• Completion of Valuations to a high quality and within client and company guidelines, meeting required SLA’s
• High level understanding of sales and market conditions
• Contribution and maintenance of client relationships inclusive of business development measures
• Day to day management of staff, including professional development, compliance, etc
• Regular reporting to State Director - Regional Operations South and closely working to achieve agreed, relevant outcomes

About You

• You have previous business and people management experience
• You possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant Property Degree
• You are a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV)
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have proven success in a Mid-Senior level Valuation role
