Support Services Administration Officer

• Remuneration : $81,755 plus 15% superannuation
• Location : Greenway, Canberra ACT (Free parking)
• Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity

ActewAGL is seeking a Support Services Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Property, Security and Fleet Group. This role reports to the Security Officer and will operate in a highly diverse work environment that provides services to all parts of the business, as well as external customers, service providers and contractors. 

A day in the life

• Operate a help desk for property, security, and fleet maintenance.
• Manage work orders, access forms, keys, and security cards.
• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain records and asset registers.
• Support mail room operations and participate in on-call roster.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience and/or qualifications in office administration.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Oracle and security systems (desirable).
• AusCheck clearance required or ability to obtain one
