ActewAGL Retail’s Billing Team is seeking highly motivated and collaborative individuals with a keen eye for detail, customer oriented and solution focused to join our diverse, fun and dynamic team.
About the role
In this role, you will see yourself supporting our Billing team and Commercial Branch by providing excellent services in all billing, exception management, meter data processing, account creation, installation management and associated market transactions. This role will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your solution focused attitude and a determination to find the best outcome. Through your skills and experience you will contribute towards continuous development, improvement and performance of the team.

About you
- You have knowledge of energy retail business operations and an awareness of current issues and changes facing the utilities industry.
- You demonstrate high level customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing including provision of high level customer service.
- You thrive on planning and organising work tasks, managing workflow, meeting key performance indicators and determining priorities.
- You possess sound level of computer literacy including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Billing databases.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
