Lead ACOR’s People Strategy into a New Era
We are seeking an accomplished People Executive to work with the Executive and Board to shape and deliver ACORs FY30 strategy. Working directly with the CEO, this role offers the rare opportunity to influence the future of a national, employee-owned organisation of ~450 people.
With established systems, a high-performing People team, and strong organisational foundations already in place, you will have the platform and support to enact a forward-looking people strategy designed to enhance capability, strengthen culture, and accelerate organisational growth.

The Opportunity
- Shape and delivery the FY30 strategy
Partner with the CEO, Executive and Board to execute our FY30 strategy, inclusive of our people strategy aligned to our 2030 organisational goals, with a key focus on growth, capability uplift, retention, leadership, and culture.
- Enable a high-performance, values-driven culture
Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, support wellbeing, and foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where people thrive.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing national People team
Oversee ACOR’s people function, ensuring the development and growth of the team.
- Drive organisational effectiveness
Provide strategic advice on organisational design, team performance, culture, and capability uplift to ensure ACOR has the structure and capacity required for sustained success.
- Shape the future of talent at ACOR
Strengthen ACOR’s approach to talent attraction, development and retention, building a capable, future-ready workforce and robust leadership pipeline.
- Guide change and enable growth
Support organisational change initiatives, cultural integration, new ways of working, and capability-building programs that position ACOR for the decade ahead.
About You
You are an experienced senior HR leader who thrives in a complex, evolving environment and is motivated by the opportunity to make an impact. You bring:
- Significant experience in executive-level People & Culture leadership, ideally within professional services
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action
- Proven capability in culture, engagement, organisational development and workforce planning
- Strength in coaching, influencing and partnering with senior leaders and boards
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Agility, sound judgement and a genuine passion for people
- A track record of driving people-centric change programs at scale
