This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to nationally significant projects, influence how we work and build a rewarding long-term career with one of Australia's leading employee-owned engineering consultancies.

The Opportunity

  • Produce and coordinate high-quality mechanical BIM models and documentation using Autodesk Revit, supporting project teams and leading BIM delivery on selected projects.
  • Deliver BIM and digital engineering outcomes across defence, government, health, commercial and industrial projects.
  • Support BIM execution planning, model management, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers and project leads to ensure design quality, accuracy and efficient project delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ACOR's BIM standards, templates, documentation practices and digital workflows.
  • Mentor and support BIM designers and technicians, helping to strengthen capability across the national Mechanical Services team.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience delivering BIM projects within a consulting engineering, contractor or design environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Revit and strong knowledge of BIM collaboration platforms such as ACC/BIM360, Navisworks, Revizto or similar.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination processes, common data environments and digital project delivery.
  • Experience reviewing models, resolving coordination challenges and maintaining high-quality documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing.

Why ACOR?

  • Join a growing national Mechanical Services team with strong project pipelines across multiple sectors.
  • Work on complex and meaningful projects across defence, government, health, commercial and industrial markets.
  • Influence the ongoing development of mechanical BIM documentation standards, processes and digital delivery practices.
  • Access genuine career progression opportunities, including pathways to technical leadership.
