The Opportunity

Are you a sales executive/product specialist looking for your next exciting opportunity?

Role responsibilities

  • Analysing data or insights to determine consumer trends regarding the product and category
  • Proactively supporting the testing and validation of new products and resourcing existing product SKU’s as required
  • Building and driving relationships with key customers, both internal and external, and vendors to improve pricing and quality of services
  • Develop best practice benchmarks for product usage at each AMA group site
  • Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with customers to understand their needs and where required assist with ordering
  • Facilitate agreed changes or improvements as agreed to deliver a better experience for customers
  • Analyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customer
  • Liaise with operational staff as required to support the levels of customer satisfaction

  • Ability to analyse and develop accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data
  • An understanding of the market and consumer insights and trends
  • Experience in building business relationships / customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to professionally represent the organisation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive repair business and practices an advantage
  • Good proficiency in MS Office suite of tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
