The Opportunity

We are looking for our next Business Development Manager based in NSW/ACT whose primary function will be to engage , build and maintain sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with a portfolio of new and existing customers within our Collision market. This role will work closely with our Sales Operations Manager to thoroughly understand the needs of existing customers’ and support those needs in a manner that makes a positive contribution to our operational goals their business. Then, replicate that knowledge to target newly identified potential customers to grow our business utilising our lead generation program.


Role responsibilities

  • Build and foster positive relationships with the key Collision customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with existing key Collision customers to understand their needs and their business.
  • Present the Customers feedback on service levels, product quality and delivery and desired changes to the key internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate agreed changes or improvements as agreed to deliver a better experience for customers.
  •  Maintain customer portfolio efficiently.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry to support ACM Part’s growth and diversification and to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Create and implement procedures/strategies to improve the customer outcomes and satisfaction levels
  • Analyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customer

  • Automotive Parts/Panel knowledge – able to interpret parts and panels
  • Experience in building business relationships/customer service
