The Opportunity

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Forklift Driver / Automotive Parts Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Broadmeadows. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and is looking to build a rewarding career with long-term growth potential.


Role responsibilities

  • Forklifting vehicles in yard and in workshop
  • Perform basic Quality Control tasks and complete washing of Engines, Transmissions and other parts to ensure parts meet business quality standards
  • Scanning, photographing and labelling parts
  • Ensure parts are collected for packing and wrapping in a timely manner
  • Packing and wrapping parts for transport
  • Loading stillages with parts and loading stillage on truck
  • Assisting with stock and consumables counts
  • Follow all site safety requirements
  • General yard and forklift duties as directed

 

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • MUST HAVE - Forklift license (7 tonne forklift on site)
  • Knowledge of mechanical car parts and panels
  •
