Assistant Store Manager

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Implement the business objectives, policies and activities within the context of the overall Business Plan given the business local demographic
• Ensure that all team members bring to life the customer service standards of the business
• Achieve the sales targets
• Implement activities and merchandising to support promotional campaigns
• Encourage optimal teamwork and provide continual feedback for growth and development
• Assists in the development of a succession for high potential employees
