Your core responsibilities will be:
- Implement the business objectives, policies and activities within the context of the overall Business Plan given the business local demographic
- Ensure that all team members bring to life the customer service standards of the business
- Achieve the sales targets
- Implement activities and merchandising to support promotional campaigns
- Encourage optimal teamwork and provide continual feedback for growth and development
- Assists in the development of a succession for high potential employees
