Join Acknowledge Education as a Multimedia Designer-Developer, be responsible for creating high-quality visual and interactive assets to enhance e-learning content.
This role involves designing engaging multimedia resources, developing interactive elements, and collaborating closely with the e-Learning team to deliver visually appealing and effective course content. this is an on site position, based in Melbourne CBD
Key Responsibilities include:
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, icons, charts, and other visual assets to support and enhance course content in various formats (motion graphic, animation, video, presentations, interactive modules, etc.).
- Work closely with e-Learning team to understand the learning objectives, content structure, and educational needs of each course, translating them into visually effective and engaging design solutions.
- Design and develop interactive elements such as quizzes, drag-and-drop activities, and other engaging user interfaces to foster active learning.
- Maintain a well-organised library of graphics, templates, and other design resources for easy access and use by the e-learning team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, e-learning, and multimedia production, incorporating new techniques and tools to improve the visual quality of learning content.
- Familiarity with e-learning principles, instructional design concepts, and course delivery platforms (LMS) such as Moodle is an advantage. Understanding how to create graphics that work effectively in online learning environments will be helpful.

About You
Essential
- Proficiency in design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for creating engaging and user-friendly digital learning experiences
- Relevant qualifications in, Design, Media, Information Management, or a related field.
- Experience in managing archives resources, both physical and online.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct training and support sessions for students and staff.
- Proficiency in using and managing Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable
- Experience in a professional video shoot setup and lighting.
- Familiarity with current trends in digital resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
