Acknowledge Education is looking for a dedicated Campus Administrator to be the face and heartbeat of our campus. Reporting to the Campus Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors – helping our diverse community thrive through strong administration, a warm welcome, and day-to-day problem-solving.

This is a full-time, on-campus role – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
• Provide hands-on administrative and event support.
• Maintain campus health, safety, and facilities standards.
• Help coordinate student inductions, classroom set-ups, and communications.
• Keep our systems up to date and our reception running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Microsoft Office and admin skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural awareness and a friendly, proactive attitude
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Prior education sector experience is a bonus – but not essential
