About the Role

Based in our outbound sales office in Parramatta, Accor Plus is looking for an experienced Sales Manager, ready to lead and grow our team of Loyalty Sales Consultants.

This is a full-time position where you will train, coach, mentor and motivate the team to sell the Accor Plus Membership, under the guidance and support of our Operations Team. With the support of a dedicated recruiter & trainer, we'll help you build the dream team! More specifically, you will:

  •  Develop a business plan to meet annual sales and financial budgets
  • Lead, coach and develop our sales team, executing sales strategies, to help uplift the sales performance
  • Celebrate success, building a motivated, high-performance culture
  • Work between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, from our Parramatta office

About You

Our ideal candidate would be a natural leader with a passion for sales. To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience coaching and managing inexperienced staff to achieve sales performance
  •  Proven experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve, and exceed, sales targets

Other advantageous (but not mandatory) attributes include outbound or call centre management experience and hospitality or loyalty subscription experience.
