About the Role
The role of the IT Support Technician is to provide hardware, software and operational support to meet Accor Plus business needs across the Asia Pacific region. Manage troubleshooting efforts via help desk requests, document issues/resolutions and coordinate efforts with senior support staff. Conduct training and create self help documents for staff on hardware and software usage. Assist in managing and maintaining all IT assets.
The Support Technician will participate in the Incident, problem and change management processes for all technologies and adhere to all policies, procedures and supporting systems. Maintain a record of all work efforts in the service desk system to provide quantitative measures on system performance.

Skills & Experience
Entered required skills & experience required for the role in dot format below
- Solid understanding and ability to proficiently use google documents, sheets, gmail
- 2 or more years in an IT support role
- Working knowledge of IT support tools and techniques
- Experience in security management and service operations
- Diploma in Information Technology, Industry certification or similar
