The Opportunity:

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from dedicated General Practitioners to join our expanding team, delivering on-site medical care to residents within aged care facilities throughout Victoria.

This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a supportive and well-structured model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and facility teams.

Requirements:

• General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions. Overseas applicants need not apply.
• Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM
• Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth.
• Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred.
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
