Our Access Aged Care team provides exceptional co-managed primary care services to residents in Residential Aged Care Homes throughout Australia.

The Role

Access Aged Care is inviting expressions of interest from Geriatricians to provide regular telehealth services to residents in Residential Aged Care Homes. Access Aged Care manages all scheduling and service coordination and provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support, including dedicated nursing support at the patient end.

We are looking for Geriatricians who can commit to a minimum of 3+ hours per week and value flexibility in their working arrangements. This role is similar in structure to a hospital ward round — delivered virtually — and involves reviewing residents, completing progress notes, managing acute issues, and supporting ongoing clinical care throughout each virtual round.

All required software, training, and ongoing support will be provided.
