You will work closely with Care Managers, facility leadership, GPs and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, consistent and patient centred care.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead clinical and operational management of the nursing workforce in the designated region.
  • Be a presence in RACFs, building strong relationships with Care Managers and Facility staff.
  • Ensure best practice and compliance with clinical standards for nursing staff.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and support organisational growth.
  • Manage the recruitment, education, and training of nursing staff in the region.
  • Handle monthly accountability reports and quality documentation, supporting transparent and inclusive care practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold the values of dignity, respect, and patient-centred care.

About you

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, no conditions.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in aged care, primary care or similar settings.
  • Proven experience leading teams across multiple locations or regions.
  • Strong clinical judgement and a practical, solutions focused mindset.
  • Expertise in aged care practices and regulations.
  • Confident using electronic health records and clinical systems.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly across NSW regions.
  • Calm under pressure and capable of leading through change.
  • Ability to address challenges and implement process improvements to enhance the quality of care.

What we offer

  • Hybrid and flexible working with autonomy over how you structure your week.
  • Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
  • Travel incentives and support for regional work.
  • Monday to Friday role with no shift work, weekends or public holidays.
  • Inclusive, progressive culture that values ideas and initiative.
  • Continual Professional Development (CPD): We invest in your growth with company-provided CPD opportunities.
