We are growing and now need a dedicated Nurse to join our Umina team. This role suits an RN or EN with strong Aged Care or Agency experience who can stay organised, think critically and manage a busy environment with confidence. This is an onsite only position. All shifts are worked at the residential aged care facility.

What You Will Do
- Work onsite as the Access Aged Care Nurse in partnership with RACF teams
- Facilitate GP rounds both in person and via telehealth and ensure timely continuity of care
- Prepare, organise and triage referrals to support efficient clinical decision making
- Complete bedside assessments and clinical reviews
- Act as a communication link between RACFs, GPs and families
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility partners
- Use your clinical knowledge and confidence with technology to support quality outcomes

What You Will Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration
- 2 years experience post graduation
- Aged Care or Agency experience is highly desirable
- Strong organisation, problem solving and communication skills
- Confident use of technology and accurate clinical documentation
- A drivers licence and reliable vehicle
