Through our integrated model — blending onsite care with specialist telehealth support — we ensure timely access to clinical expertise, coordinated care planning, reduced avoidable hospitalisations, and improved quality of life for elderly residents.

The Role

We’re looking for passionate geriatricians to provide telehealth services in residential aged care facilities. This flexible role requires just 3+ hours per week, offering you the freedom to balance your schedule. Like a hospital ward round, you’ll manage acute issues and write progress notes during your virtual rounds. We take care of all scheduling and service management, and provide full support, including a dedicated nurse at the patient’s side. Newly Fellowed Geriatricians? We’d Love to Have You Onboard!
