We’re expanding and are looking for a dedicated Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team in the Ingham Shire.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical management and coordination across local aged care facilities.
  • Conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans.
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration.
  • Aged Care experience (leadership experience highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Confidence with IT and documenting resident needs.
  • A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
