We’re expanding and are looking for a dedicated Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team onsite in Ingham.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside RACH care teams as the on site Access Aged Care nurse.
  • Facilitate and Organise GP/Specialist rounds (both in-person and telehealth) to ensure smooth, timely care.
  • Prepare, organise, and triage referrals to maximise efficiency and outcomes.
  • Conduct bedside assessments and clinical reviews.
  • Act as the communication bridge between RACHs, GPs, and families.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, with empathy and professionalism at every interaction
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners.
  • Use your clinical knowledge and IT skills to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years in an RN/EN role (post graduation) within Australia, and AHPRA registration.
  • Confident communicator with critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build trust quickly with residents, families and teams
  • Customer service skills when managing relationships between the facility, our residents, their families and our business
  • Keen to learn, and confident in your clinical judgement
  • Technologically proficient - Computer skills are a must!
