Our Access Aged Care team are providing co-managed primary care services to residents in Aged Care facilities throughout Australia.

The Role

We are currently seeking Geriatricians to provide regular telehealth services to residents in aged care facilities. Access Aged Care manages the full scheduling and service coordination and provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support, including dedicated nursing support at the patient end.

We are looking for Geriatricians who can commit to a minimum of 3+ hours per week and value flexibility in their working arrangements. This role is similar in structure to a hospital ward round — delivered virtually — and involves completing progress notes, managing acute issues, and supporting ongoing clinical care throughout each virtual round.

All required software, training and ongoing support will be provided.
