About The Role
You’ll support aged care clients and NDIS participants to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
- Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement.
- Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
- Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.
- Perform household tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and handling laundry (hanging, folding, ironing)
- Maintain clean and comfortable home environments
Work Locations - across Metro Adelaide

About You
You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.
You’ll also bring:
- Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWCC
- Manual handling certificate
- Infection Control
- Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle
- First Aid & CPR certificates
