Title: Financial Analyst IV

Location: Princeton, NJ

Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills to provide data and analysis to support decision making.
• Demonstrated experience in financial and variance analysis working with financial system applications.
• Highly skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Working knowledge of TM1, SAP, Oracle, or MRP system in multimillion dollar companies.
