Title: Supplier Coordinator

Location: Plymouth, MN

Duration: 12 Months | 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supplier Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, technical environment and be capable of managing multiple supply chain functions, from vendor coordination to part tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and manage orders for machined parts, outsourced processes, and assembly components
• Track and follow up on part status, identifying and addressing delays proactively
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems for supply chain management and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and diverse work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP tools is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Technically inclined and able to read engineering documentation
