Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Alameda, CA

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent

100% Onsite

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required (proof of certification must be provided).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting schedules, logistics, and event planning.
  • Maintain and update calendars for department heads.
  • Process travel expenses and reports using Concur.
  • Arrange catering for meetings, including food and beverages.
  • Handle the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Effectively multitask and collaborate with various departments and team members.
