Title: Process Validation/ Process Development

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Duties:

• This candidate will be working in a fast-paced product development team, focusing on the process side of the project.
• They will collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineers to drive project success.
• This candidate will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of new product designs and translate them into production processes.
• They need to develop and validate new fixtures and equipment for production use.

Experience:

• Previous experience in Process Development at a medical device company; Process Validation experience – TMV/IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, Equipment development, documentation, and validation

Key Skills:

• Self-driven and can own multiple aspects of a project at a time, Problem solving skills and statistical analysis

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
