Title: Customer Service II
Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 6 Month Assignment, conversion to fulltime later
100% Onsite
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma passed out at least
- Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Ability to work multiple systems
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge or experience on SAP preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales order and/or inventory management support to the sales force, hospitals, clinics and physicians.
- Fills customer orders and/or provides inventory support for products and services accurately, expeditiously, and under special circumstances.
