About the Role:

The Quality Training Compliance Specialist supports the Infectious Disease business unit globally by ensuring compliance with Quality System requirements and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). The role is responsible for LMS maintenance, training records, reporting, and training compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System and training records.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on learning processes and the LMS.
• Support training compliance with ISO, FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Author and review learning documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate training programs, curriculum reviews, and training resources.
• Support audit readiness and ensure training programs meet quality standards.
• Partner with managers, team leaders, and internal stakeholders to improve learning processes.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BS in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
