Title: Graphic designer

Location: Austin , TX (Remote)

Duration: 6 Month

Duties

• Design and produce large‑scale graphics for events, displays, and cross‑functional organizational needs.
• Create visually compelling advertisements, brochures, publications, social media graphics, and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and maintain visual consistency across channels.
• Prepare and package design files for large‑format and standard print production; coordinate with external print vendors as needed.
• Manage multiple simultaneous design projects, meet deadlines, and uphold high quality standards under direction of the integrated brand team.

Experience

• Recommended: 2–4+ years of graphic design experience (based on required skill sets and production responsibilities).
• Experience producing large‑format graphics and preparing files for print production.
• Experience working in fast‑paced creative or marketing environments is highly desirable.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to design for both print and digital media.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred Experience

• Intermediate experience with:
• Adobe Premiere
• After Effects
• Animate
• Adobe Dimension
• Experience supporting event graphics or environmental/experiential design projects.

Education

• Associate degree required in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (optional to include).

Location: Austin, TX or Plano, TX (Remote/ Onsite)

Interview Process: 2 rounds.

• 1, 30-minute screening interview
• 1, 1-hour case study presentation. For the case study, we will give the candidate one week to prepare and then present to a small panel.
