Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, management, analysis, and visualization of large and dynamic datasets in Excel and PowerBI.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
