Title: Implementation Support Project Manager Sr.
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Duration: 7 Months Contract
Experience Required : 3 - 5 yrs. (3+ yrs. experience in Project Management)
Candidate / incumbent should possess the following:
- Ability to maintain consistent momentum with multiple products and across multiple implementation assignments; - ability to manage a project with multiple stakeholders and process owners; - ability to clearly, concisely and accurately convey communications
- Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior; - ability to work independently and as a team member
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills;
- Ability and aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software
- Ability to prioritize strong organizational skills
- Ability and aptitude to provide solutions and contingency plans through the comprehensive review of alternatives
- Ability to speak confidently in public and to present material to Executive-level management.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or a related field of study; Associate's degree is acceptable with additional experience and demonstrated competence
Duties:
• Working with marketing to create methodology for tracking various USB migration updates (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• Tracking updates daily in Excel
• Working with marketing, core team to combine inputs into a reader-friendly internal, leadership-facing dashboard
• Weekly communications to field and leadership for status of project
• Communicating updates to project management, marketing
