Work Arrangement: Onsite (with flexibility to work from home one day per week)
Role Overview
The Contract Administrator will support the Contract Operations team within the Finance organization. This role is responsible for administering contracts and ensuring compliance in support of national and major retail pharmacy customers. The position also involves data analysis and reporting related to rebate performance, trends, and month-over-month comparisons.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to research and resolve discrepancies using multiple data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Process administrative contract transactions for major retail and pharmacy accounts
- Ensure accuracy of calculations, payments, and adherence to contractual terms
- Prepare and submit monthly rebate payments to customers in a timely manner
- Analyze contract rebate performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions, including pricing adjustments
- Perform data analysis and reporting using systems such as Model N and SAP
- Collaborate with internal teams including Market Access, Finance, and Account Management
- Communicate with external customers as needed regarding contract-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including:
- HLOOKUP and VLOOKUP
- Pivot tables
- Data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, and/or Access databases is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of contract administration experience in the healthcare industry
