Role Summary

The Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with corporate stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and business-driven solutions. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, cybersecurity risk management, and alignment with corporate security standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery

• Lead cybersecurity-focused projects involving process, data, and technology transformations.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and baselines.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including cyber threats, compliance gaps, and data privacy concerns.
• Ensure all deliverables follow secure-by-design principles and comply with corporate cybersecurity policies and frameworks.

Planning & Execution

• Estimate project scope, effort, resource requirements, and timelines, including security testing and validation activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage change requests and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Risk & Compliance

• Monitor and report cybersecurity risk posture throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management teams to support security awareness, adoption, and compliance.

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare and deliver clear, concise project status reports, including cybersecurity metrics and risk dashboards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams regarding project progress, risks, and security impacts.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide project team members, including business analysts, developers, and cybersecurity specialists.
• Foster a culture of secure, lean, and iterative delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and cybersecurity integration.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
