Research Analyst

OVERVIEW

• Apply qualitative or quantitative analytical techniques to analyze data and/or information obtained from research (Data/Information will vary according to business focus (marketing, science, finance, information systems, engineering, medical) and/or management philosophy or structure).
• Use research data/information to develop reports, policies, procedures, or systems; solve problems; or support management/business' quests/goals for performance improvement and direction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Organize and conduct, or participate in, all performance evaluations for new products, product enhancements, and product process changes.
• Participate as the clinical resource on product development teams, working with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Marketing in identifying user needs and market segments, and presenting relevant evaluation results as necessary.
• Provide clinical knowledge, expertise, and direction relevant to manufacturing, quality, performance, and patient safety during all phases of development of a product.
• Support product development by contributing clinical knowledge to bench testing, performing device evaluations, and helping develop new test methods. Microsoft Teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree plus 0 – 5+ years of related work experience with strong understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education of education and work experience preferred.
• Consider certification in related field or health industry with combined work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).
