Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Content Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in developing and optimizing marketing materials tailored to the evolving landscape of digital health solutions in the clinical diagnostics sector. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is clear, compliant, and aligned with the needs of our customers—including lab directors, procurement teams, and healthcare IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit, update, and create marketing collateral that reflects current trends in clinical diagnostics, digital health technologies, and regulatory standards.
  • Translate complex technical, scientific, and regulatory concepts into accessible, customer-friendly messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Product Management, Sales, R&D, and Brand Compliance) to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
  • Develop targeted, audience-specific content to support sales enablement and customer education.
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date library of compliant promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content adheres to corporate brand guidelines and complies with relevant regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, CAP/CLIA).
  • Provide sales teams with tailored messaging, presentation materials, and talking points designed to resonate with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage content development timelines, proactively communicating risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Digital Health, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or copywriting—ideally in clinical diagnostics, digital health, or other regulated healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows, digital health solutions, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex scientific or software content for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with content approval systems (e.g., Veeva) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed, and often global work environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating content for regulated medical products or services.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and terminology (e.g., LIMS, EHRs, HL7, interoperability).
  • Experience collaborating across global teams in a corporate environment.
