Title: Specialist, Customer Education Program

Location: Onsite in Plymouth, MN, Austin, TX OR Remote

Duration: 6 Month

Shift: 8AM - 5PM

Job Summary:

Seeking a team player to support critical customer engagements in the Electrophysiology division. This role is responsible for planning and executing meetings, events, and presentations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of internal and external healthcare meetings and events
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Product Development, Global Communications, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Work with vendors to design and deliver event elements aligned with program goals
  • Lead venue sourcing and ensure appropriate meeting space and specifications
  • Manage registration processes, event communications, logistics, and post-event closeout
  • Handle post-event activities including invoice payments, internal cross-charging, financial summaries, and attendee evaluations
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate reporting metrics for compliance and continuous improvement

Operational & System Responsibilities:

  • Support daily activities related to process integrity, systems monitoring, and data collection
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
  • Develop and optimize digital tools and solutions aligned with business strategies
  • Work within established guidelines and procedures

Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with legal and Compliance teams to ensure events meet compliance guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to Sunshine Act and other governing legislation
  • Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignments

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong organization and project management

Required Experience:

  • Managing high-profile audiences/attendees
  • Managing CRM tools and databases
  • Basic experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools
