About: Seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Sales Analytics & Performance team as a Sales Administration & Support Analyst. This contract position is responsible for the administration of key sales and service support programs, with a particular focus on incentive management and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross- functional processes with efficiency and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and program administration
• Proven ability to manage operational processes and support field-based teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the Annual Service Incentive Program, including:
• Development and documentation of plan designs
• Accurate calculation of performance metrics
• Ongoing program tracking and reporting
• Manage the Fleet Vehicle Program for Sales and Service personnel:
• Serve as the primary liaison with the external fleet management provider
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
• Provide analytical and administrative support to field teams, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of program information
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support audits and internal reviews
