OVERVIEW

• Assist and advise in matters regarding technology transfer of established synthesis process.
• Possibly provide advice to determine cost saving measures like how to produce oligosaccharides through fermentation techniques.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design experiments and testing schemes, analyze data, write protocols and reports and present results to a cross-functional team.
• Intervene in Technology Transfer activities, reports at the conclusion of these will be required.
• Work with stakeholders to define business questions, requirements, timelines, objectives, and success criteria to address need.
• Proactively identify opportunities for significant operational, process or system level product improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a BS in Molecular biology, Biochemistry, or related field with at 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Familiar with basic scientific principles, experienced in routine bench work, and/or instrumental analysis.
• Possess troubleshooting capabilities and is capable of developing methods and procedures.
