Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Artwork and Labeling team. This role partners closely with a Project Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate labeling content, materials, and documentation. The position focuses on coordination, proofreading, and process management rather than design.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate artwork and labeling projects within a regulated environment
- Work closely with the Project Manager to manage labeling content, instructions, and materials
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and artists to gather, track, and communicate information
- Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to terminology and layout standards
- Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met through strong project coordination practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proofreading and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with terminology and processes related to layout and artwork development
- Ability to multitask, work quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Preferred Background & Experience
- Experience in advertising, editing and proofreading, artwork coordination, or event signage
- Prior experience in regulated industries, especially medical devices, is a plus
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or
- No degree: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or
- High School diploma or GED: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or
- Master’s degree: Must still have a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience
