Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Artwork and Labeling team. This role partners closely with a Project Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate labeling content, materials, and documentation. The position focuses on coordination, proofreading, and process management rather than design.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork and labeling projects within a regulated environment
• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage labeling content, instructions, and materials
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and artists to gather, track, and communicate information
• Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to terminology and layout standards
• Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met through strong project coordination practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proofreading and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with terminology and processes related to layout and artwork development
• Ability to multitask, work quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Preferred Background & Experience
• Experience in advertising, editing and proofreading, artwork coordination, or event signage
• Prior experience in regulated industries, especially medical devices, is a plus

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or
• No degree: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or
• High School diploma or GED: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or
• Master’s degree: Must still have a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience
