Title: Traffic/Project Specialist

Location: Abbott Park, IL, Remote

Duration: 7 Month

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for project intake by facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and leaders.
  • Working with the Project Manager, develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with client, authors, designers, content creators and technical resources to manage as assigned the end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure business requirements are met and resolve any issues or discrepancies in deliverables.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to traffic projects through to successful completion.
  • Support the governance, management, and quality of assets by monitoring MLR ad/promo approval processes and ensuring adherence to process/policies for go-live of digital marketing materials.
  • Participate in daily digital marketing project meetings and provide updates, transcribe actions and follow-up with teams to deliver against project timelines. 
  • Collaborate with the project team(s) to measure the speed and quality of delivered activities and identify/recommend areas for improvement.  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project coordination or project management,
  • Preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) on a PC.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-quality projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand of digital marketing projects and platforms (e.g., email marketing, SEO, PPC, CMS & website management)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work remotely (email, conference calls & in person) with global and diverse teams.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED

  • Some experience or working knowledge of any/all the following technologies: AEM (Adobe
  • Experience Manager), Workfront, SharePoint, Wistia, ActOn, Photoshop, and Salesforce.
