OVERVIEW

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Apply IT and business knowledge and experience to formulate business requirements to solve a business problem.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consults with clients and senior personnel to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve technology and/or related business problems. 
• Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures. 
• Perform work using existing standards, methodologies & processes and understand other systems/business processes relationship to each other. 
• Partner with corporate service providers to investigate alternatives which use existing applications. 
• May assist in preparing, developing, and conducting clients and systems training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 – 7 years of experience depending on role.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. 
• Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• May have indirect team responsibility.
