Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and lead technical manufacturing initiatives within a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will leverage strong engineering knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations to proactively lead complex technical tasks, improve processes, and support business objectives.

This role requires the ability to anticipate issues, recommend innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex manufacturing engineering projects and technical tasks involving multiple coordinated elements.
  • Apply engineering expertise to improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and product quality.
  • Analyze production challenges and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods, tools, and approaches to optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on other system components and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction within a specific manufacturing discipline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations.
  • Participate in peer reviews of project plans, technical approaches, and validation activities.
  • Support verification and validation processes for new manufacturing solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of engineering activities with company business objectives and manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BE) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering processes, and production systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and technical validation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
