100% Onsite

Shift Time: 9am to 5pm

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly organized Technical Writer III to support multiple programs while contributing to Customer Experience & Education initiatives. This role blends core administrative support with project coordination, training deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Must have CRM systems and some creative systems (Adobe, Photoshop, etc.) experience.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support global team initiatives
• Assist in developing and rolling out training materials (i-STAT System)
• Support requirements gathering and user research efforts
• Create and maintain user documentation (i-STAT portfolio)
• Proven experience supporting multiple projects & tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills

Education:

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but willing to consider High School diploma if matching all skills and experience
• Experience with reporting, documentation, or training content is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
