Job Description

• Experience in large multinational companies as Business Process Excellence, project management or Product Owner roles
• 5+ years’ Experience delivering business change in areas such as Digital/Technology/Process implementations, transformation using Business Intelligence, data analytics
• Ability to manage tight time commitments in high-pressure situations
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Daily tasks/duties and department interactions:

• Collaborate with product designers to define the North America complete user experience
• Drive the use of analytics to generate deep insights about product utilization and real-world outcomes
• Educate internal stakeholders on new features and/or products
• Provide business input and prioritization to the Planning process as well as effective reporting
• Provide guidance to colleagues to facilitate high quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD), test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• A history of driving projects and programs, with experience in driving process reviews and re-engineering projects to deliver process efficiency
• Ideally prior leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams
• Experience with market and user insights, product ideation, vision and strategy, concept development, prototyping and testing
