About the Role:

Lingo is building a groundbreaking health platform that combines continuous biosensor data, real-time analytics, and personalized insights to help people live fuller, longer, and healthier lives. We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Analyst to lead and grow Lingo's affiliate marketing and influencer partnership programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute affiliate strategies focused on CPA and revenue-share models.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships, including onboarding, relationship management, contract negotiations, and performance optimization.
  • Own affiliate budget planning, forecasting, and opportunity sizing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and conversions.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to evaluate channel incrementality and optimize strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Brand Marketing, PR, Finance, and other stakeholders to align affiliate initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and advertising regulations.
  • Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing affiliate or partnership marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact.com, Rakuten, or Commission Junction (CJ).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing affiliate networks and partner relationships.
  • Proven success driving growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop strategy and execute effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
