Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Roseville, MN 55113

Duration: 12 Months | 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, process validations, and equipment troubleshooting. This role will be responsible for evaluating production equipment, developing process improvements, creating manufacturing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate production equipment and processes for performance, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Provide production support and lead process validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Write and review protocols, reports, and other technical documentation.
  • Generate and update manufacturing process documentation in compliance with business standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, divisional, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System.
  • Participate in small-scale projects or assist senior engineers in larger initiatives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
