Experience & Education Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
- A 4-year equivalent college degree is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to provide information and support to healthcare customers.
- Utilize internal databases to retrieve customer or company information.
- Follow detailed instructions and use multiple resources to provide accurate information.
- Organize and manage calls and emails efficiently with speed and accuracy.
- Work with complex computer applications and reference materials.
- Multitask effectively while managing customer calls and email communications.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and professionalism with consistently good voice quality.
Technical & System Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft software suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- Preferred experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Preferred background in the healthcare industry.
